How to schedule a visit
A referral is needed from a Health Care Provider (Physician or Nurse Practitioner). Once recieved, your referral will be triaged based on urgency and clinical needs. You will then be contacted by our office with a consultation date and location.
What To Bring To Your Appointment
Please bring your health card and a list of updated medications. Support persons are permitted. If your child is beeing seen for sleep concerns, an audio recording is often helpful (about 30-60 seconds in length).
We attempt to adhere to scheduled appointment times. However, Dr. Stepniak covers emergencies at the hospital and treats a variety of complex patients. There may be circumstances that may lead to your appointment being delayed or in rare cases it may have to be rescheduled. We appreciate your patience.
